Or a hex editor that works better for Rise of the Tomb Raider? Or a better way to get around this thing? Or a shiny red sports car? So I can't isolate the values I'm looking for. So I compared them in HxD, but there were tons of values that were different. I have no idea what any of the values are, and I tried saving right before this point, and then purchasing the upgrade, and saving immediately after, so the only differences in the two files should be related to that. The problem is, I can't make any sense of my save files in HxD. Or, I suppose, I could also go into the bow model and remove the wrapping, but that seems like way too much work. So I reason that it should be simple enough to purchase the upgrade, then save after the tutorial, then edit my save so that I don't have the upgrade, or to mark the quest as completed before I've purchased the upgrade and just bypass the whole thing. I would rather not have it.īut the game won't let me just not purchase it.
It's part of a tutorial, and I can't get around it without purchasing it, and I personally don't like the look of it. Right now, I'm trying to get around the Reinforced Limbs upgrade for the bow. Specifically, Rise of the Tomb Raider, but I'm also interested in resources for the first one. I'm looking for ways to mod and edit the reboot games.
